Covid-19 Update July 2020Record Offices are now starting to reopen but with restricted services, and most are asking visitors to order all documents in advance. This obviously limits the amount of research that can usefully be carried out in archives at present. The General Register Office are also asking us to only order certificates if the order is urgent. Please note that the special offer of research @ £15 per hour will expire at the end of August 2020.

We offer research back to around 1800 throughout England, specialising in local and family history research in Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Lancashire, where we can also cover earlier periods.
